2 oz Querido Tamarind Tequila
.5 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Mango Puree (Suggested Perfect Puree)
1 oz Mint Infused Syrup*
50/50 Tajin / Sugar Crusta
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing tin, shake with ice. Pass half wedge of lime over the side of a coupe glass and sprinkle Tajin blend over the moistened area.. Strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass with Tajin crusta. Garnish with a
micro marigold flower.
*Mint Infused Syrup
1 c. Refined Sugar
1 c. Hot Water
¼ lbs. Fresh Mint Leaves
Mix hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Crush mint leaves in your hands and drop into warm syrup. Stir and store at room temperature overnight. Remove mint.

2 oz Querido Tamarind Tequila
1 oz Passion Fruit Puree (Suggested Perfect Puree)
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 oz Cold Brewed Coffee (Float) (Suggested Dark Horse)
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave Nectar
1 oz Club Soda or Mineral Water
Pour all the ingredients except coffee and club soda into a mixing tin, shake with ice. In a Lewis bag, add more ice and crush it up. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass, Add crushed ice. Stir in club soda. Float 1 oz of cold brewed coffee. Garnish with a mint sprig and cocktail umbrella.

1.5 oz Querido Tamarind Tequila
10 Raspberries
.25 oz Vanilla Extract
2 Sprigs of Rosemary
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Muddle raspberries and rosemary with the vanilla extract in a mixing tin. Add the remaining ingredients into the tin. Shake with ice. Fine strain over fresh ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a small rosemary sprig, lemon wedge and a micro pansy. Torch the rosemary sprig if desired.

Querido Watermelon Tequila | Chipotle – Star Anise- Black pepper infused Syrup | Orange Juice
1.5 oz Querido Watermelon Tequila
1.5 oz Chipotle-Anis-Black pepper infused syrup
2 oz Orange Juice
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker tin, add ice and shake. Strain the over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with a Querido branded ice cube and an orange wedge.
Chipotle – Star Anise – Black Pepper Infused Syrup
1 cup Refined Sugar
1 cup Hot Water
5 grs whole black Pepper
5 grs Whole Anis
4 Pieces of Dehydrated Chipotle Chili
Add the water, sugar and chipotle chili into a blender and blend. Strain the liquid through a chinois into a mixing bowl with the anis and black pepper. Let it sit for 1 hour and strain again.

5 Raspberries
1 bunch of Fresh Cilantro
1 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Agave Nectar
1 oz Aquafaba
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker tin with no ice. With the help of a muddler, muddle all the ingredients. Add ice and Shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass with no ice. Garnish with an edible orchid.

2 oz Fresh Tangerine Juice
.5 oz Pomegranate Molasses
1 oz Pomegranate juice
1 barspoon Orange Blossom Water
.5 oz Lime Juice
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker tin, add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Garnish with an orange slice

2 oz Querido Mango Tequila
2 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Coconut Water
1 oz Agave Nectar
2 oz Mineral Water
Pass half a wedge of lime over the side of a highball glass and roll in kosher salt. Add all the ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker tin with no ice. Add ice and Shake. Strain over fresh ice in the salted glass. Add club soda. Stir to integrate. Garnish with an orange and grapefruit wedge.

1 oz Jalapeño Infused Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Fresh Orange Juice.
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker tin, add ice and shake. Pass half a wedge of lime over the side of a double old fashioned glass and roll in Tajin. Strain over fresh ice in the same glass. Garnish with an edible Nasturtium flower and a dehydrated lime wheel.
Jalapeño infused Syrup
1 cup Refined Sugar
1 cup Hot Water
2 whole Jalapeño
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend everything together. Strain the liquid through a chinois to avoid getting seeds in the syrup.

1.5 oz Querido Mango Tequila
3 slices of Fresh Cucumber
1 oz Lime Juice
4 Basil Leafs
2 oz Club Soda
Add all the ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker tin with no ice. Muddle the cucumber and basil. Add ice and Shake. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Fill with club soda and garnish with both a basil sprig and a dehydrated lemon wheel.
